what you'll need:
fabric hoops (whatever sizes you want!)
fabric
scissors
step one: unscrew your fabric hoop so the two pieces separate.
step two: slide the smaller, uncut hoop under the fabric to the desire area (so that the hoop is fully covered).
step three: cover the inside hoop with the outer hoop, clenching the fabric between the two.
step four: place the pin in again and screw the outer hoop tightly to the inner hoop.
step five: cut around.
step six (optional): i've seen some people leave edges out, but if you want the cleaner look, you can tuck in the edges and pin/tape them. or you can cut them closer around the circle.

repeat &hang up! (i'm waiting for my new dorm room to put these up so that'll be a few months from now.)
p.s. my mother commented that i ought to iron the fabric. this is true. i intend to. cleaner look.
